Three Best FREE Mediation Music Albums
Do you like to meditate with or without music? I usually practice breath awareness or vipassana meditation in silence, but I find that listening to grounding music before I practice really helps my mind start to quiet down and settle.
Sometimes when we want (or need!) to meditate, life can be really loud or noisy. Maybe the noises are from the world around you, or perhaps they even come from within your own mind. Whatever the case may be, music can help create the kind of energy we’re looking for so that we can start to get a little deeper within ourselves.
Meditation Music Secrets
If you find that music helps you stay within your meditation practice, you might find that music without lyrics can help you minimize distractions. It’s probably also good to find some options for music that doesn’t get overly emotional, since music can have a powerful pull on how we feel. It can be hard to find meditation music that doesn’t sound like cheesy spa music, but when you find something beautiful, you can just feel its power in your heart.
