Supernova Yoga Nidra Podcast - (Re)Fill Your Cup

Hello friends - it’s been a while.

Much has happened since we moved from Salt Lake City to San Jose in January 2020, and in that same time, it also feels like very little seems to have happened at all. Right now, that particular opposite does not feel like a far greater whole, but time will tell.

Moving and then sheltering in place turned me inwards to rest and work through all that was — and is — happening. I didn’t want to force what I didn’t feel, and I took time to connect with the healing and meaning I find in the great outdoors. I now feel called to share practices I think my own heart needs as we start to move forward towards reconnecting with ourselves and our communities.

One of the lessons I have felt in these quarantimes is just how much community matters in helping us feel whole. How much inspiration we get from being linked to one another. Being without each other has been hard for many of us, and it continues to be hard for many around the world.

I hope this practice helps give you a little more light, no matter how dark things may be where you are. If you do find some light, maybe you can help share that tiny spark of kindness with someone else.

I guess I was eager to jump back in, as I come in a little fast on this practice. Please be patient - nidra is guiding me back and I am grateful to share all parts of this journey with you.

Hari om, tat sat. Much love.
